Your whole client book, 500 at a time.

Upload a spreadsheet of customers you’ve already onboarded. Each one is screened against every list, possible matches become cases, and everyone can go straight into ongoing monitoring.
    01
    Up to 500 per upload
From a spreadsheet. Large books go up in several batches.
    02
Same checks as a single search
Every sanctions list, the PEP data and HMRC’s deliberate tax defaulters, with the same matching and date-of-birth rules.
    03
    Matches become cases
Each possible match opens a case with a risk level and an owner, so nothing gets lost in a results spreadsheet.
    04
    Into monitoring
Once screened, customers can be added to ongoing monitoring and re-screened daily from then on.
    05
    Through the API too
If your customers live in another system, screen a batch through the REST API instead of uploading a file.
    06
    Recorded like any other screening
Each customer’s result, with list versions, goes on their file and into the audit trail.

    In practice

Five hundred customers in one upload. A record for each.

Most come back clear and go straight into monitoring. The few that don’t become cases. Illustrative figures.

    1. Regulation 27 applies customer due diligence to existing customers at appropriate times on a risk-sensitive basis, and when their circumstances change. Screening your book when you start using FirmScreen, then monitoring it, gives you a consistent record from that day on.

    2. Each upload takes up to 500 customers. You can run as many uploads as you need.

    3. Their clear result is recorded on their file with the list versions checked, and they can be added to ongoing monitoring.
