FirmScreen ("we", "us", "our") provides sanctions screening and AML compliance software to regulated businesses. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, contact hello@firmscreen.io.

When you use this website we may collect:

• Enquiry details: your name, work email, company, industry and message when you submit the contact form.
• Technical data: browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, special category data or details of individuals you intend to screen through the contact form.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange product demonstrations.
• To provide information about FirmScreen that you have asked for.
• To maintain the security and performance of this website.

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use carefully selected service providers to host this website and store enquiry submissions, under contracts that require them to protect your data and process it only on our instructions. Data is stored in the European Economic Area.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@firmscreen.io.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to work, such as your session state.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
